6. Payment terms

Payment for services is due monthly or yearly, depending on the plan purchased. If payment is not received within one week of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend all work until full payment is made. Services will resume once the outstanding payment is received.

Refunds are not available after seven (7) days from the payment date for the service contract. After this period, all payments are final, and no refunds will be issued.
